You may remember Justin from his previous video "Justin Bound Naked and Tickled" ... This is the first time Justin has ever been tickled on his feet on film. He's bound to the bondage table with straps holding his wrists and ankles. Justin is at Charlee's disposal to do with as she pleases and she's ready to have some fun. Justin isn't the most vocal victim but he is ticklish as Charlee is about to find out. She taunts and teases him with her fingers and fingernails, running them up and down his bare feet, wiggling them under and in between his toes, over his arches and over his heels. She digs in deep and rakes her fingernails up his big feet. She grabs the electric toothbrush and tortures his ticklish feet with it, vibrating the bristles as well as the back side of it on his toenails, in between his toes, under his toes and all over his feet. Justin can't move though he tries. He's forced to endure the ticklish sensations Charlee is giving to him. Charlee finishes him off with her fingers and fingernails.
