The previous update I discussed my experience with MyfreeImplants back in 2009. In this update I promised I would tell you about the surgery itself and the results. The photos in the set were only shared privately with my donors on MyFreeImplants. I never made them available to anyone else. Since it has been 13 years since my surgery, I thought this would be appropriate. I do not think my donors would mind me sharing the photos with you. They have had plenty of time to enjoy them. I hope you enjoy seeing these for the first time.

So, on November 19, 2009 I had a bilateral crescent mastectomy with augmentation with Mentor MemoryGel Silicone gel-filled breast implants. In plain English, I had a lift with a two-inch incision at the top of the nipple. It is amazing that 450 cc implants fit in that small incision. My surgery was done by Dr. Robert Rey of Beverly Hills at a local surgery center, close to my condo. So, my travel time was less than 10 minutes. The surgery itself took two hours. My surgery took a bit longer because he had to work on my tubular breasts. He had to make a space in my chest for an implant. My implant was placed under the muscle. Like, I said my surgery had a bit more work than a typical boob job.

My recovery time wasn't too bad. I couldn't move my arms higher than my waist for two weeks. Then slowly as I healed, I was about to I started moving them higher until I felt pain. Any discomfort and I was directed to back off the movement. I wasn't on prescription pain medication for very long. I believe I only took pain killers for three days. At my follow-up appointment, I took extra strength over-the-counter pain medicine. I took muscle relaxers a bit longer, to help with spasms from muscle stress in my pecs. But I wasn't a fan of muscle relaxers either. I couldn't wait to stop taking them. Since I dislike pain medicine. I tend to feel down and depressed by it. But my secret to a nice recovery was lots of sleep. I ate a high protein low carb diet. I walked several times a day. I had surgery around Thanksgiving, so I could use the long holiday weekend to recover. It worked perfectly with my schedule. As it is often the case, the holiday season is a slow time for models. So, I didn't miss much work. I also didn't arrange any shoots until January 2010. I scheduled a few shoots for myself. To shoot content for my website. But I also scheduled my debut at Intersec Studios. I was scheduled to shoot for Topgrl and Hardtied. So, I had to make sure I was fully healed. I will admit, shooting serious bondage two months after a breast augmentation may have been a bit too soon. Looking back, I would have waited another month. But I wanted a goal to work towards. In that era, my mindset was very goal-oriented. Knowing what I know now, I would have worked on my upper body strength slower than I did. I might have pushed myself a little too hard. But in this era, I was all about pushing my mental and physical limits. Especially when it came to fitness.

I had a slight complication with my surgery. I popped a stitch. In my case, it had nothing to do with my surgery. It was 100% my own fault. It happened when I gained more motion in my arms. I actually pushed too hard. My pain tolerance is quite high, so it was difficult for me to judge. But the stitch popping slowed my healing time down. I had a red scar for 4 months. Also, because of the red scar, in this set, I showcase my newly implanted breasts. However, I have yet to show the nipples. I wasn't ready to expose the scarring flaw yet. Which healed nicely. At the time I thought the scars on my breasts would be unattractive. So, I'm wearing the same MyFreeImplants top that I had on in the before images. I wore the shirt because I wanted the before and after images to be similar in order to show the differences in volume that could be seen in a top. My outfit also includes a mini skirt and high heels. I take off the top. I show my breasts. I cover my scars with my hands. I also did this as a professional shoot. I brought in a photographer and make-up artist. I hoped when I scheduled this, I was ready to be completely topless with my scars healed. It didn't happen as I had hoped. Now on the other side, I know my limits better. I am glad I put together an enjoyable shoot with Fanfair. In my opinion, it was the best way to celebrate the change at the time.
