Complaints & Content Removal Policy as of October 2021



- We allow all users to report any content that may be illegal to us.
- We will acknowledge all such reported complaints within 24 hours and they will be reviewed and resolved within seven business days.
- Our administrative staff will review the complaints, and in accordance with the terms and conditions decide the validity of such complaint. After a decision has been made, the user may appeal the decision within the next 24 hours.
- Once a decision is made, according to the decision itself, any infringing, illegal, abusive or otherwise inappropriate content will be removed.
-Should a user want to appeal the decision, the disagreement will be resolved by a neutral party, at THE SITES expense, should the content be found to be illegal. Should the content be found to be consentual and legal the cost of proceedings are to be born by the complaint bearer.
